Uninstalling Source-Connect

While it is possible to manually remove the plug-in file from your plug-ins folder, Source-Connect also includes the Q Manager and other system files. We suggest you run the Uninstaller applications to ensure your system is fully clean from Source-Connect versions if you wish to uninstall.

On macOS

Download Source-Connect from Downloads on the left menu, and run the Uninstall application provided. 

It does not need to be the exactly the same version that you have previously installed.

On Windows 8/10

Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Select 'Source-Connect', and then click Uninstall. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Repeat for the 'Q Manager' application.
