Description
When users attempt to change their channel selection to "Surround 7.1", they receive the following error message:
Cause
You have no audio interfaces or devices which support surround 7.1.
Actions
Select a channel appropriate for the audio devices you have available.
If you do have a 7.1 device, make sure it is plugged-in correctly or detectable by your computer. If you believe you are receiving this error message by mistake, contact our support team.
