How to cancel your Subscription

Note: Subscriptions created before December 2015 must be modified by our support team, please email support@source-elements.com for assistance.

1. Sign in to your account on the web store and go to the My Subscriptions page. 
2. Click View/Edit under “Actions”.
3. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button. Your subscription will be cancelled, and any licenses will not renew for the following billing period.

How to modify your card information

You will be able to modify the credit card information on the subscription page of your Store account. You will need to:

1. Sign in to your account on the web store and go to the My Subscriptions page. 
2. Click View/Edit under “Actions”.
3. In the “Payment Details” section, click “Edit”.
4. Modify the details you need.
5. Click “Save Payment”.
