Description
When users select an audio device in Source-Connect, they receive an error message saying the audio device failed to open.
Reason
The reason behind the failure will be appended after “failed to open”.
Actions
In order to resolve this error, troubleshoot the failure according to the specific reason included in the message. Alternatively, try a different audio device.
If the problem persists, contact the support team for advice and bug reporting.
