Description
This is not an error message caused by Source-Connect, but rather by a lack of response from the uploader in the Restore/Replace process.
When users start a Restore/Replace session, they get an error message about a data channel error.
Reason
The uploader did not respond to the request to open a data channel connection for the restore or replace process.
Actions
In order to resolve this issue, please ask the uploader to log into Source-Connect again.
If the problem persists, contact Support.
