ERROR#700: Network error 
You have lost internet access

Source-Connect | Version 4 | All Operating Systems

Description

When users attempt to open Source-Connect 4 or connect to a different user, they get an error message saying “You have lost internet access”.

Reason

There is no internet access on the selected network interface.

Actions

As a first step, please make sure that you currently have connectivity. Try navigating to https://source-elements.com - if you are able to load the webpage, your connection is working as expected.

If you cannot load the website, please choose another network interface, if available.
