ERROR#703: Network port test unavailable

Description
When users try to start a session in Source-Connect 4, they receive an error message saying that the port test is unavailable.
Reason
The port test has failed behind a symmetrical and/or CGNAT and/or a corporate firewall. The application will still try to prefer this port.
Actions
Follow the instructions for firewall / router configuration.
If an Antivirus may be blocking the port, make sure to disable it or check the rules.
