ERROR#704: Network port test failed

Description
When users try to start a session in Source-Connect 4, they receive an error message saying the port test failed.
Reason
The port test for Source-Connect has failed. The network is blocking UDP traffic, and it must use a relay server.
Actions
Follow the instructions for firewall / router configuration.
If an Antivirus may be blocking the port, make sure to disable it or check the rules.
The relay server may need whitelisting. Otherwise, make sure to specify the IP:Port of your connecting partner.
