Description

Users who have Cortex RDX get an error message when attempting to log into Source-Connect saying the application has blocked malicious activity.

Reason

You have not fully configured Cortex RDX on macOS.

Actions

In order to resolve this issue:

1. Go to System Preferences.
2. Select “Security & Privacy”.
3. Click “General”.
4. Click “Details”.
5. Select both Cortex XDR System extensions.
6. Click “OK” to allow them.
7. Approve Cortex XDR Web Content filter.
