Error 113: Your connection request to <IP address> has timed out

Description

When attempting to respond to a connection request in Source-Connect via VPN, users get the following error message:

Cause

The connection request received was not responded to within 30 seconds or the request was cancelled.

Actions

• Wait for another connection request and respond within 30 seconds.

OR

• Try sending a connection request to the other party. 

It is also possible that the connection request was sent by mistake. Review the IP address you are trying to connect to as well.
