Source-Connect Standard 3.9 could not be loaded. Please contact the software publisher for support using this software.

Description

When users attempt to open Source-Connect, they see the following error message:

Cause

As mentioned in the error message, this is a PaceException.

Actions

In order to fix the error message:

1. Close all Source-Connect instances.
2. Unplug the iLok USB eLicenser (if applicable)
3. Plug it in again.
4. Open Source-Connect again.

The error message should be resolved, since it is a problem in the connection between iLok and Source-Connect.

If the above does not resolve the issue, please try re-downloading and installing the iLok License Manager (from https://www.ilok.com/#!license-manager). If you already have it installed, make sure to check for updates just in case.
