Description

When users attempt to open any Source Elements software, they receive the following error message:

This might be caused by a number of issues, among them recent operating system upgrades.

Actions

If you have recently upgraded your operating system, try completely uninstalling and re-installing the software. Make sure to review the compatibility article for the product you are installing to make sure your operating system is compatible before upgrading.
