Pro Tools video does not show up in Source Nexus Gateways' screen sharing panel

Description
When users working with videos on Pro Tools click the screen sharing button on the Source-Nexus Gateway and go to the “Window” section, the Pro Tools video screen doesn't show up as an available option.
Actions
As a workaround, macOS users can try toggling the Pro Tools video window hidden/visible, or you can try moving the Pro Tools video window to the same screen as the Source-Nexus Gateway.
Using Source-Live Pro LL
In order to resolve the problem described above with Source-Live Pro LL:
- Log into the user dashboard and navigate to the products page.
- Go to Downloads > Source-Live, download and install the application.
- Open Source-Live LL, click “Sources” > "Capture Window".
- In the list, look for “Audio Video Engine”.
- Click “START STREAMING”.
- Go to https://nexus.source-elements.com and start your session.
Using NDI Virtual Input
In order to resolve this issue with NDI:
- Download the NDI tools package from the official website.
- Open the NDI Virtual Input and ensure that the extension is installed.
- Go to https://nexus.source-elements.com and start your session.
- Hover over the presentation button in the main Source-Nexus Gateway screen and click “Select a video device”.
- In the menu, select “NDI Virtual Camera”:
Using the OBS Virtual Input Driver
As a Windows user, the above workaround will not work for you. In order to resolve this:
- Download OBS Studio from the official website.
- In OBS under “Sources”, choose “Screen Capture”, then select your full screen, or the Pro Tools Video screen, as desired.
- Open up the application. Then, click “Start Virtual Camera”.
- Go to https://nexus.source-elements.com and start your session.
- Hover over the presentation button in the main Source-Nexus Gateway screen and click “Select a video device”.
