Configuring your Audio for Source-Live Pro LL
This article is part of the Source-Live Pro LL User Guide
The Audio section of the Settings panel controls the audio settings for your stream: your input device, sample-rate and quality levels. For advanced audio settings (including volume, balance, offset, and others), please refer to the Advanced Audio Properties article.
Quick Audio Settings
You can set your audio input's volume, or mute your audio, from the Source-Live Pro's main panel.
To change your audio driver, click on the Settings button on the main panel.
Basic Audio Settings
The following settings are available:
- Audio: the input to Source-Live can be any hardware audio device that is available to CoreAudio (Mac only) or OpenGL and DirectX (Windows), or the Source-Nexus I/O plug-in from AAX, VST or AudioUnits hosts. Ensure that your device or session file also supports the selected sample-rate.
- Sample rate: the input sample-rate of your audio device.
- Channels: the input number of channels. It is set to two (stereo) by default. You can also choose one (mono), but you can also choose the specific inputs if your device has multiple channels.
Connecting Source-Live to a DAW or application through Source-Nexus I/O
