Contacting Support for Source-Live Pro LL

You can contact the Source Elements team for both general and technical support. The main source of support and technical information is this support site.
Technical support is available via email, telephone, and via Source-Connect. To report an issue, please provide the following information:
- Source-Live build number (available from the About box).
- System configuration (Operating system, computer hardware).
- DAW type and version hardware
- Network configuration (i.e., LAN, DSL, wireless, etc.).
- Source-Live settings (username, quality settings, port status).
- Bandwidth report. For example, use http://speedtest.net.
- Description of what action(s) you were taking when the issue occurred; for example, who you were connected to and what their settings were.
Once ready, there are several channels to contact the support team.

The About Box provides information on which version of Source-Live you have installed. This information is important when speaking with our Support team to resolve issues. To view the About box, click on the Source Elements logo at the top of the Source-Live window. You can close the About box by clicking anywhere in that box.
