Router Support
Source-Connect and Source-Live are designed to work on any router, however some router brands may require configuration that our support team is unable to carry out unsupervised by your support team.
These router brands include:
- Sonicwall
- Mikrotik
- Cisco
- Ubiquiti (some models)
If you have a router from one of the above brands it is assumed that you have technical support available to you. Our Support team is available to give advice to your IT support team, however we cannot under most circumstances make changes to your router.
