Description

Users see the following message after a long Source-Nexus Gateway session and are suddenly disconnected:

Reason

After 2 hours with no interaction with the Source-Nexus Gateway browser tab, users will be presented with a message that the session will time out unless they click a continue button.

Actions

Before the 2 hour-limit, make sure you interact with your Source-Nexus Gateway browser tab. If you see a warning message such as the one below, click “Yes, continue” in order to prevent being disconnected:
