Description
When users try to log in as hosts to start a session or as guests to view a broadcast, they get the following error message
Reason
Users have lost connectivity, there are intermittent connectivity issues, or a firewall is blocking Source-Nexus.
Actions
Try checking your internet connection and try again. Also, try disabling any Anti-Virus tools you're running or local firewall applications (at least for testing).
If the problem persists, or you believe you are seeing this message without a valid cause, please contact our support team.
