Description

When users try to start a new Source-Nexus Gateway session, they get the following error message:

Cause

Your firewall is blocking the media server (wss://mediaserver.source-dyn.com/) mentioned in the error message.

Actions

You will need to whitelist the media server, including both of these:

• wss://mediaserver.source-dyn.com/
• IP address is 45.55.124.190 (TCP 443).
