How to configure Source-Connect Studio/Facility to send RTS via LTC and Pro Tools to send LTC

Follow the instructions below:

1. In Source-Connect, click the “Send” button - it will turn green. 
2. In “TIME REFERENCE INPUT”, select “LTC” and the name of the device you will be sending the timecode through. In this case, we will be using Source-Nexus A.
3. Select the appropriate FPS. 
   
4. On Pro Tools, add a mono track. 
   1. Add “Source-Nexus A” as an insert.
   2. Set your track's I/O as needed.
   3. Drop the timecode on your track.
5. Connect to your connection partner. 
6. Play the timecode in Pro Tools.

In the example below, Pro Tools is sending timecode via LTC using “Source-Nexus A”, which is visible in the RTS tab of Source-Connect 4. User “Armel” is sending the RTS timecode:
