Description
When users start a Restore/Replace session, they get an error message saying there is a channel count mismatch and a restore/replace session cannot restored/replaced.
Reason
At this time, the Restore/Replace process does not support channel converting for the Restore/Replace process.
You and your connection partner must have the same number of channels.
Actions
In order to update your channel count:
- Decide on a number of channels with your partner.
- Click the gears icon in the top right-hand corner to access the Settings menu.
- Under Send > Channels, select the appropriate number of channels.
- Try again.
If the problem persists, contact Support.
