Source-Nexus Gateway: Common Issues

Sign in and Connection Errors
If you or your Guest are unable to sign in, try clearing your Chrome cache:
- Click the Wrench or Settings button on the right side of the browser.
- From the drop-down menu select Tools.
- From the Tools drop-down menu select Clear Browsing Data.
- Select the time frame you would like to delete data from the drop-down menu. Make sure the Empty the Cache box is checked.
Unsupported or unavailable audio devices
A common issue on Windows is that you do not have an audio device available such as a built-in Microphone.
Use a USB mic or USB audio device.
If you are just testing, try using any late-model Android phone.
Ensure your input and output devices support either 44.1 or 48khz sample-rate.
Browser ad-blockers or plug-in conflicts
Source-Nexus Gateway uses Google Analytics in order to maintain services. If you are blocking services such as Analytics, you might experience issues logging into the Source-Nexus Gateway, among other things. Several users have reported not being able to log in with “Adblocker for Chrome - NoAds” and “AdGuard AdBlocker”.
If the ad-blocker or control system you are using is not optional, try allowing source-elements.com as an allowed site.
